Ability
A skill or talent that you have either naturally or through experience

Achievement
Something that you have accomplished through special effort or ability

Activities
Any actions or gatherings that you have taken part in

Assessment
Evaluating or rating what is good and what is not so good

AttitudeHow and what you feel about things and people

Decision-making
Ability o make up your mind quickly and firmly about wht to do – may be about choosing the ice cream flavour or the college

Dependability
Someone on whom you can count on, rely on. A key attribute in a workplace

Experience
Actively participate in activities or events. This participation helps you gain skills, knowledge or abilities

Goal
Anything that you wish TO DO OR BE – tidy up your room or become a choreographer

Hobby
Anything that you enjoy doing for fun or relaxation – grow beautiful sunflowers or watch all spy movies

Opportunity
A chance to advance yourself and your interests

Personality
Your whole character and nature

Personal improvement
Changing yourself for the better

Proficiency
In some things you have skill or ability. E.g. accounts, numbers, teaching, planning

Planning
Thinking out what you want to do in the future and how you intend to do it

Problem-solving
Dealing with a difficult question or situation, figuring out how to finish a task

Punctuality
Being on time
Reliability Dependability, how much others can count on you

Responsibility
Something for which you are responsible, it is your job to finish the particular task

Resume
A summary describing your work, education, your experiences. A document that details what you are capable of doing

Skills
An acquired ability gained through learning and experience, expertise in doing something well

Strength
Something that you CAN and DO well – skills as well as aptitude

Training
Practical study in a specific skill or a particular occupation – a chartered accountant or insurance adviser

Weakness
Some things that you do not do well either because you have not learned that skill or because you do not have the aptitude

Work experience
Jobs that you have had and the tasks you have performed

Work skills
Abilities that you have acquired in relation to your work – public relations or human resources or liaising with government departments
